Profile Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner with a strong background in Enterprise B2B security products and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a proven track record of managing and delivering successful security solutions in a B2B environment. As a Product Owner you will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing product features collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring our products meet the needs of our enterprise customers.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap for our Enterprise B2B security products.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs to inform product decisions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including customers sales marketing and engineering teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for productrelated inquiries and provide clear and timely communication.
- Backlog Management:
- Create prioritize and maintain the product backlog ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
- Write clear and detailed user stories acceptance criteria and specifications for the development team.
- Agile Development:
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters Development Teams and other Product Owners to ensure seamless of the product roadmap.
- Product Delivery and Performance:
- Oversee the development testing and deployment of product features ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using datadriven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus:
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog with a focus on delivering customer value.
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with security technologies industry standards and best practices.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence) is preferred.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) are highly desirable.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role with a focus on Enterprise B2B security products.
- CISSP Certification would be advantageous to the prospective candidate
- Industry Standard IT/Security Industry Certifications are useful
