UKG Payroll Implementation Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist with expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll and workforce management solutions. In this role you will be responsible for configuring implementing and supporting UKG systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient payroll processing. This is a handson role focusing on system setup troubleshooting and client supportno team management required.
Key Responsibilities
- UKG Implementation: Configure and implement UKG Payroll Workforce Central or Dimensions to meet business needs.
- Payroll System Integration: Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor regulations.
- Client Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve technical and functional issues during and after implementation.
- Training & Documentation: Guide users on system functionality and best practices.
- Data Migration & Testing: Ensure smooth transition of payroll and workforce data from legacy systems.
MustHave Qualifications
Proven experience implementing UKG Payroll & Workforce Management solutions
Strong payroll processing knowledge and compliance expertise
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and optimize configurations
Excellent communication & training skills
Experience with data migration testing and integration
