The team is translating data & reportings into actionable insights and enables the ZMS management to take informed decisions. This happens through various steering formats on a weekly & monthly basis which the team owns. Within this mandate Commercial Analytics is providing commercial leadership in ZMS with reporting data concepts deep dive analyses and consulting on all types of analytical questions. This makes us have a great impact across a broad range of stakeholders within ZMS and even beyond.
The team is already well equipped with analytical expertise focused on various data topics and on top of that we are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst who will be responsible for the weekly commercial steering of the ZMS business.

our diversity & inclusion strategy: employee resource groups: WED LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) You have end2end responsibility for the weekly steering cadence of ZMS consisting of weekly steering meetings steering updates and the respective reporting landscape. You are an excellent communicator and your data storytelling skills support our senior management and business teams to take databased business decisions and actions. Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to understand their needs develop innovative analytical frameworks and build scalable prototypes driving a measurable improvement in ZMSs business steering efficiency. Develop a comprehensive understanding of ZMSs business drivers design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights that contribute to strategic decisionmaking accuracy. You work closely with our Business Intelligence Analytics team and their reporting infrastructure to make steering more efficient with predominant focus on sales pipe accuracy and predictability. You will be independently performing deep dives into the data to derive insights and to incorporate them back into our steering routines. Youre proud of a degree in economics computer science mathematics or other quantitative studies and have already relevant > 5 years working experience in the field of Analytics or Finance/ Controlling ideally with exposure to business planning and financial analysis. You balance technical acumen with business understanding and excel in collaborating with commercial stakeholders to drive insightful robust analyses. You have a proven track record of building up business monitoring and deriving actionable insights which translates into strong knowledge of ecommerce KPIs and how they can be defined continuously monitored and shared across stakeholders. You can easily translate business questions into quantitative terms and present the results in an easily understandable manner. You have efficient project management skills and you enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and finding creative solutions to fulfil their reporting needs Your ability to dive into details and handson mentality enable you to get things done and create a big impact in a fastpaced environment. You possess extensive knowledge of respective tools and methods preferably SQL Google Analytics & the Google suite stack. Experience with data visualization tools like MSTR Tableau Google DataStudio is needed to create minimum valuable products (MVPs).
