As a member of the EU Promotions team one of our Marketing departments youll drive tangible results through strategic content development and crossfunctional project management. The Promotions team plays a key role in driving the business forward. We achieve this by staying at the forefront of innovation leveraging market insights and orchestrating wide collaboration across the many departments involved in our operations from Supplier Management to Pricing to Onsite Marketing.
Major Campaigns are Wayfairs primary shopping holidays and events throughout the year (example: Way Day Black Friday plus a number of smaller more frequent campaigns). They are not only a foundational part of Wayfairs promotional strategy but also a central lever through which we achieve outsized topline growth as a company. We are looking for someone who will lead our Major Campaigns strategy and operations with an eye on how to innovate and improve this overall offering in line with business priorities across our UK and Ireland platforms (B2C as well as B2B).
This is a highvisibility role where you will need to manage a team of up to two junior Associates. You will own a number of crossfunctional relationships across commercial marketing and data science teams at the Sr. Associate/ Manager/ Senior Manager level. You will be primarily responsible for the successful of campaign strategies and have a key role in influencing future campaign strategy planning and evolution.
Oversee the end to end of all EU major shopping holidays including marketing channel coordination pricing and profit alignment executional timelines tooling product selection and more.
Innovate on campaign strategy working closely with North American counterparts to understand where its possible to iterate and optimize existing campaigns both for our customers and suppliers.Work closely with tech teams to influence roadmaps to improve the user interface of relevant offers tools as well as the customer facing experience.
