Position Summary:
The Development Generalist supports the Engineering and Computing Development Team in achieving strategic fundraising and engagement goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development Team Lead this role collaborates with development officers the dean faculty staff and volunteers to advance the School of Engineering and Computings development efforts.
Key responsibilities include coordinating donor stewardship activities managing administrative and fiscal operations of the development office supporting stewardship plans and assisting with special projects and events involving the dean and external stakeholders.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a proactive collaborative approach to supporting institutional advancement.

Workplace Requirements:
Hybrid position: This position is offered as a hybrid role combining both inoffice and remote work to provide flexibility and support collaboration. Currently a 3/2 schedule is flexible based on the needs of the team. PerRice policy 440work arrangements may be subject to change.
Hiring Range:$55000 $60800
