Job Description

As an Integration Project Manager at Aledade you will lead the of key data integration projects ensuring the seamless exchange of Claims Scheduling and Clinical data from a variety of vendors into our population health platform. With your expertise in HL7 837 and CCDA interfaces youll oversee the endtoend process from initial planning and discovery through connectivity and successful live deployment.

You will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive timely highquality project outcomes that support the needs of our partner practices. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in transforming healthcare delivery helping practices leverage the full potential of Aledades platform to improve patient care and drive better health outcomes. We are flexible with respect to geographic location and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our office in Bethesda MD Durham NC or Austin TX.


Primary Duties:

Provide critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and while minimizing and mitigating portfolio risks:

    • Managing the of multiple healthcare integrations projects lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with Aledades data specifications and service level agreements
    • Provide the communication link between Integrations and internal partners (Implementation Data Operations Development and Operations Product Management and associated leadership)
    • Managing issues decisions risks and escalations to management and/or stakeholders
    • Be a technical problem solver on the team identifying innovative solutions to project blockers and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment

Maintaining continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives. Make recommendations to modify program and prioritization to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent:

    • Manage the coordination and relationship with internal partners and stakeholders
    • Manage the relationship with the external vendors which include vendor management negotiations and contract management
    • Present regular updates on program health to leadership

Provide the management of tasks supporting business continuity of the portfolio:

    • Managing all tasks that supports the presence of all active interfaces
    • Providing assistance in finding solutions of critical issues affecting active interfaces

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 4 years experience with APIs HL7 v2/v3 ORU XDS.b XDA XDM SFTP VPN 837 or related communication protocols
    • 6 years of program management or equivalent experience
    • 4 years experience with interoperability standards and methodologies
    • 4 years experience working with electronic health record (EHR) practice management billing system hospital system etc.
    • Experience and strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendors

Preferred KSAs:

    • Strong knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets including scheduling financial and clinical data
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare scheduling claims clinical data sets
    • A strong datadriven mentality and prioritization framework to ensure focus on the highest impact work. Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to selfserve to collect/query data and use data to back up assumptions and develop business cases
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problemsolving and building subject matter expertise
    • Strong skills in crossfunctional collaboration influence and communication (both verbal and written with audiences of varying technical abilities and business contexts); an ability to achieve clarity and drive focus in a complex and dynamic environment
    • Masters degree in a technical field or other relevant fields
    • Strong understanding of administrative and/or clinical workflows in the ambulatory healthcare setting
    • Jira Salesforce and Tableau experience
    • Working knowledge of Mirth interface engine
    • PMP certification
