SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a motivated Site Project Accounting Assistant to join our growing team in Hagerstown MD. This position supports accounting and administrative functions within the Kinsley Site Division helping ensure projects run smoothly and successfully. Key responsibilities include assisting with project invoicing and payments tracking subcontract and purchase order compliance managing accounts payable and receivable preparing change orders and supporting the team with contractual documents surety and insurance needs.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience strong computer skills effective communication abilities and a willingness to learn in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
