Job Description
As a Project Manager you are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for integrated campaigns and an innate drive to understand every detail about a clients brand business and customers. You thrive in a fastpaced environment seamlessly moving from client needs to team collaboration ensuring that every project is delivered with precision and excellence. With your agency experience you know how to hit the ground running manage multidisciplinary teams and navigate the dynamic flow of creative campaigns site work CRM and digital deliverables.
You Will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client internal team and media partners/vendors
- Guide clients on project success and facilitate consensus
- Align the team with client insights and objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans with budgets that align with client interests
- Track and communicate project scope status and deliverables
- Facilitate meetings and manage risks ensuring quality in all deliverables
- Foster a collaborative positive environment that motivates the team to produce awardwinning work
- Oversee project budgets forecasts POs and invoices while identifying and mitigating project risks
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
You Have:
- 24 years of experience managing digital campaign projects within a marketing agency
- Strong background in fastpaced agency settings or marketing experience on the client side
- Proficiency with office and project management tools (Smartsheet Excel MS Project Jira).
- Strong understanding of project management principles change management and revenue forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills responsiveness to feedback and leadership abilities
- Solutionsfocused mindset with strong attention to detail and are able to maintain organization under pressure.
- Proven skills in managing client conversations around project scope schedule and budget
- Detailed oriented and the ability to see the big picture
- Roll up your sleeves mentality no task is too big or too small to help on. You want the whole team to be successful
- Production experience integrated production experience is a plus
- Problem solver you thrive in an environment where there may not be one clear path. You want to scenario plan and support a recommended path or rationale
- Paid media background strategy planning and trafficking
- Unafraid of ambiguity can pivot in a rapid changing environment and find that exciting
