Job Description

Job ID: 29087 Parks/Grounds Maintenance (Seasonal)
Agency: Game Fish and Parks
Location: Arlington
Minimum Salary: $14.20
Closing Date: 5.16.2024

Description:
Assists with maintenance of buildings and grounds within the park including mowing whipping spraying watering and operating equipment such as mowers tractors skid loaders sprayers and trucks. Other duties as assigned.

General Requirements:
Ability to work independently manage time well and work in a variety of weather conditions outdoors. Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code. Valid drivers license required.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of various tools that are used to maintain the developed areas as well as the natural areas of the park. Ability to work within a team is beneficial.

Please note this is a temporary or seasonal nonbenefited position exempt from civil service.
