Job Description
We are currently hiring for a parttime Receptionist (job share role 3 days per week) in our Newcastle Clinic.
This role will see you as the first point of contact for patients & visitors to the clinic as well as fielding a high volume of calls. It is a very busy role with lots of variety and your typical day will include;
- Meeting and greeting patients and visitors
- Managing and directing a high volume of calls
- Feedback management and triaging inquiries
- Liaising with Doctors key Nursing and Patient Support staff
- Assisting with general administration
Qualifications :
What do you need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Outstanding customer service skills which you have gained through some kind of reception/admin/customer service role
- Common sense and the ability to remain calm in heightened situations
- Warm and friendly nature
- Strong computer literacy and IT skills
- High attention to detail
- Full working rights in Australia
What should you enjoy
