About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager youll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring an amazing customer experience every time
  • Managing daily operations stock and compliance rosters people management ect
  • Driving sales and hitting key business targets
  • Upholding The Yiros Shops high standards of quality and service
  • Strong and demonstrated management experience
  • Strong leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team setting goals and ensuring they are achieved
  • Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fastfood industry

Qualifications :

We are looking for a superstar Restaurant Manager who is dynamic resultsdriven and an excellent leader.

  • Experience managing teams in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to motivate train and develop staff
  • Strong communication skills can give clear instructions and feedback
  • Leads by example with a handson approach
  • Knowledge of fast food service standards and workflows
  • Strong problemsolving skills can handle issues quickly and effectively
  • Experience with inventory management rostering and stock control
  • Commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Ability to analyze sales reports control costs and hit KPIs
  • Experience managing labor costs food costs and profitability
  • Ensures all food safety health and safety regulations are met
  • Ability to train staff on safety procedures and best practices
