Job Description
JoinPro Rehaban established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for aFullTime Float Physical Therapistto travel to 23 senior living sites all within a 10mile radius of each other in the North Metro region of the Twin Cities! The sites will be Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Crest View at Blaine and possibly one offer a competitive wage benefitsmileage reimbursement $.70 / mile)& up to a$5000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!
Pay Range:$45 $58 / hour depending on experience
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Assess & Diagnose:Develop Start of Care Visits and Initial Evaluations by evaluating patients physical conditions movement abilities and medical history. Then pass the case/patient to the primary therapist in that area.
- Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve mobility strength and function.
- Provide Handson Therapy:Perform manual therapy therapeutic exercises and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelors degree
- Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state federal and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
