As a Project Manager at Rios Partners you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of projects that align with our mission of creating positive change and delivering value for our clients. You will lead crossfunctional project teams ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. By collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders you will facilitate effective communication manage resources and drive project . In support of Human Capital digital solutions (e.g. Learning Management System employee accountability internships learning content) this role will manage and provide support that includes: Authority to Operate (ATO) technical support; database management; project management; risk management; strategic planning support for enterprise systems and modernization; Integration documentation support between internal and external systems; technical analysis of documentation publications and handbooks; technical analysis of new policies and emerging technologies; systems integration and implementation to include the analysis of program security deficiencies and application integration monitoring through the governance process.
Essential Functions & Expertise
- Expertise in project management and cybersecurity with ability to translate customer requirements and relay them to the team.
- Expertise in managing IT and Cloud design security development systems engineering and implementation efforts.
- Expertise in Cloud solutions in both federal and/or commercial industry.
- Expertise with Federal A&A and ATO activities.
- Expertise in cybersecurity engineering requirements and authorizations (FedRAMP/RMF)
- Expertise in Federal policies processes and standards.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with leadership to scope projects create detailed work plans and manage them to successful completion.
- Resource Management: Work with program managers to determine and allocate necessary resources from both internal and external teams.
- Quality and Standards Compliance: Meet work standards by ensuring productivity quality and customerservice standards; resolve operational issues and identify process improvements.
- and Delivery: Drive project to ensure timely delivery within budget balancing scope schedule and cost.
- Communication: Monitor and communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders escalating issues as necessary to maintain progress.
- Coordination: Coordinate internal functions and thirdparty resources ensuring effective collaboration across company teams partners and customers.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans statuses issue logs deliverables and outcomes.
- DataDriven Decisions: Make informed decisions across the project lifecycle based on data and larger project needs.
- Project Closure: Lead project close tasks to ensure readiness for postproject handoff and operational integration.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance department and organizational reputation by accepting new challenges and exploring opportunities to add value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain IT Project Management Planintegrating a work breakdown structure integrated master schedule risk management quality and communications strategies and baseline milestones.
- Schedule and Milestone Management: Oversee the IT project timeline by managing the Integrated Master Schedule tracking dependencies and ensuring ontime completion of key deliverables.
- Administrative and Reporting Oversight: Coordinate weekly activity and project management reports ensuring that work progress issues and resolutions are documented and communicated effectively.
- Meeting Coordination and Facilitation: Organize and lead meetingsincluding the technical kickoffand ensure accurate documentation of meeting minutes agendas and action items.
- Risk and Issue Management: Monitor and manage project risks and issues through an updated risk log implementing mitigation strategies and tracking resolution progress.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple teams (system engineering cyber security and administrative support) to ensure alignment and successful of all project tasks.
- Compliance and Training Documentation: Ensure compliance with training requirements managing and documenting training certificates (e.g. Privacy & HIPAA) and related administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
- Business Administration Business Management Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Systems Information Assurance Information Security Information Resource Management or related fields.
- Required Certifications: One or more of the following: Project Management Professional (PMP) Information Assurance Technician (IAT) III Information Assurance Management (IAM) III or Information Assurance System Architects and Engineers (IASAE) III certifications.
- Experience:10 years 5 years of Cybersecurity and Cloud Security experience at a government agency similar in size/scope to DoD or VA).
- Minimum of 5 years in project management with a track record of managing complex crossfunctional initiatives.
- Technical Expertise:Proficiency in project management practices and tools including Atlassian Suite ClickUp Monday Smartsheet and Google Suite/MS Office.
- Leadership:Ability to lead large diverse teams with strong leadership and soft skills.
- ProblemSolving: Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Client Management: Experience with client impact analysis and effective communication design and delivery.
- Time Management: Ability to work under pressure with exceptional time management skills.
- Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

Benefits Information:
Profitsharing/Performance Bonus: Rios Partners is committed to ensuring the success of the organization benefits the entire team. As such a portion of profits is paid out to employees. The total amount of ProfitSharing/Performance Bonus distributed to the team may vary year to year and will depend on numerous factors including market conditions company performance and individual performance.
Retirement plan: Rios Partners offers a 401(k) and contributes an amount equivalent to 3 of the employees base salary each month to the designated fund. Employees may choose to contribute additional money into the 401(k) from their paycheck each month.
Health and Vision insurance: Rios Partners covers 90 of the premium for both the employee and their dependents for Platinum plans health coverage through United Healthcare; this includes coverage for both medical and vision insurance.
Dental insurance: Rios Partners covers 90 of the premium for both the employee and their dependents for a dental insurance plan through Delta Dental.
Disability insurance: Rios Partners will pay 100 of the premium for both shortterm and longterm disability insurance provided through Guardian.
Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays: You will be eligible for three weeks of PTO 15 days) and 12 paid holidays each year. In additional accrued PTO Rios Partners provides additional time off for both expected and unexpected events (e.g. Bereavement Leave Jury Duty Voting).
Maternity Paternity and Adoption Leave: Rios Partners celebrates employees choice to become parents. We are also aware that pregnancy and caring for an infant or a newly adopted child may cause additional life complexities. As such we provide employees twelve 12 weeks of paid leave in association with the birth of an employees own child or the placement of a child with the employee in connection with adoption or foster care. To be eligible for Maternity/Paternity/Adoption Leave Program team members must: 1 Have worked at Rios Partners fulltime for a minimum of 12 continuous months. 2 Be in good employment standing with Rios Partners (i.e. not on probation). 3 Request leave a minimum of 30 days in advance if possible. If this is not possible please place your request as soon as possible once you become aware of it.
