About your new employer:

About the role:
- Advising and acting for some of Australias largest insurers.
- Working across a range of Insurance Litigation matters with a focus on professional indemnity and public liability.
- Manage files and draft advice & court documents.
- Liaising with barristers and opposing solicitors; and attendance in Court and mediations.
The ideal candidate:
- Associate with 35 years PQE.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Prior defendant insurance experience.
- Excellent client relationship and client service skills.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
