The Emerging Propositions CX department is responsible for all customerfacing experiences of these high potential propositions.
As a Senior SAP Engineer in the ERP Enterprise Applications & Architecture (EAA) team you will have the opportunity to work with cuttingedge technology. In this role you will work with the latest ERP products leveraging strong partnerships with SAP Innovation Centers AWS and leading implementation partners. Our ERP system S/4HANA runs on a HANA database and we regularly roll out new ERP technologies and business processes. Driving Innovation: You will create and drive a culture of innovation that welcomes new ideas and experimentation from anyone in your team. You help your team to understand customer problems and guide people on how to navigate a timeboxed experiment with a fail fast mindset.
Technical Excellence: You will drive technical excellence within the team by promoting best practices identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will also stay up to date with industry trends and technologies and promote continuous learning and development within the team.
Collaboration and Communication: You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements provide technical insights and ensure that technical solutions align with business goals. You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders actively engaging with them to understand their needs gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
Project Management: You will oversee the planning and delivery of software projects within the scope of your team. This includes setting project goals defining project scope allocating resources and managing timelines to ensure successful project completion.
WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have strong production experience and expertise in ABAP programming including ObjectOriented ABAP CDS Views SAPUI5 OData services SAP Gateway and SAP Fiori.
You must experience in SAP BTP services including Integration Suite
You should have experience developing on a current version of S/4HANA onpremise system with BTP as a hybrid architecture
You should be able to implement DevOps practices in modernising and optimising SAP development and deployment processes ensuring highquality and scalable solutions
You have Experience working with ERP systems in AWS cloud Infrastructure
Demonstrate strong technical expertise in SAP Finance including modules such as FICA FI BRIM.
You are passionate about innovations and experimentation have sense of ownership and willingness to share knowledge within and outside the immediate team
You are an analytical thinker with strong communication skills in English
You have practised operational excellence best practices
You are experienced in project management and delivering software projects on time and within budget
