Job Description
- Nurse Manager Main OR in Santa Rosa CA.
- Position available is Full Time and will work 8hour Day shifts.
- Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care.
- Responsible for planning directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population.
- Oversees the 24hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership overall fiscal management staffing planning organizing and controlling.
Required Qualifications:
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
- 2 years Recent clinical experience.
- Computer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing
- Specialty certificate based on unit upon hire.
- 2 years Management experience.
- 5 years Clinical experience.
