The Jewett Center for Community Partnerships (JCCP) is the home of community engagement at Wesleyan University. Guided by the principles of mutual respect and collective responsibility the JCCP focuses on developing and maintaining local partnerships with schools nonprofit organizations government agencies and the community at large through the Office of Community Service and Volunteerism the Center for Prison Education and WESU 88.1FM.
Reporting to Director of the Jewett Center for Community Partnership the temporary Transportation Driver provides transportation for student groups and faculty involved in civic engagement activity.
Responsibilities include:
This is an oncampus position working up to 12 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid CT driver license and clean driving record.
Must be flexible to accommodate fluctuating schedules of student groups.
3 years of driving experience.
Experience operating mini and 12 passenger vans.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of driving experience.
Experience transporting students.
