Position Summary
The UNC Greensboro School of Nursing SON is seeking fulltime nursing faculty to teach courses and clinicals in the prelicensure nursing programs. Candidates will have expertise in caring for adults children mothers and babies and/or have expertise in behavioral health in acute tertiary or community settings. Academic rank (Clinical Instructor Clinical Assistant Professor Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor) will be determined based on education and experience. The SON is recruiting creative innovative and highly motivated candidates who want to advance their academic careers and support the teaching scholarship and service mission of the UNCG School of Nursing. Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in nursing. An unencumbered RN license in North Carolina prior to the employment date. Two years or the equivalent of fulltime clinical experience as a registered nurse.
Preferred Qualifications
Current specialty certification teaching and current clinical experience Doctoral preparation is desired
