We are seeking an attorney to become an integral part of our firms Land Use team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of general Washington land use experience. We are open to considering associate of counsel and partnerlevel candidates for this opportunity. This position will work with the firms land use team representing our local regional and national clients in a full range of land matters including feasibility analysis permitting regulatory monitoring and advice and governmental relations. The successful candidate is a team player intelligent detailoriented and has strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation Hybrid Work & Other Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role at the associate level is $180000$205000 with bonusearning potential and is based on the desired experience range at the time of this posting. For the counsel and partner level compensation will be dependent upon various factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience and qualifications.
This position is eligible for hybrid work. We strongly encourage a minimum of one day per week worked in our office preferably Tuesdays. Business needs may necessitate different or additional inoffice days beyond our policy. Our hybrid work policies are subject to change depending on firm and practice needs.
