Job Title: Project/Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Pendleton IN

Employment Type: Regular FullTime; Salary Exempt from Overtime.

Schedule: Management Teams are required to be on call 24/7 to ensure smooth operations.

Position Overview: As 101s Project/Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the of projects maintenance and timelines are met effectively. They will be organizing and overseeing the various aspects of a project maintenance or PM to meet the objectives timelines and a budget.


Key Responsibilities for this Role:

  • Uphold and maintain the highest standards of the Companys vision mission and core values.
  • Lead by example in the adherence of all Company policies processes and procedures in accordance with the Employee Manual and the Safety Manual.
  • Attend all Company meetings and trainings as required. Be willing to participate in the training of others as necessary.
  • Works closely with the VP Maintenance & Procurement VP of Operations Facilities Maintenance Manager Plant Manager Maintenance Techs Farm Maintenance Manager and Inventory Manager.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Coordinate with managers and techs to ensure tasks are on time.
  • Ensure resources are available
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team management and clients.
  • Provide regular updates on project status challenges and progress.
  • Ensure clear communication of goals timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain records of project progress including design documents project plans and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and other legal requirements related to the project.
  • Manage projectrelated paperwork contracts and reports.
  • Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial tracking for projects.
  • Help monitor project expenditures and ensure it stays within the approved budget.
  • Work to resolve conflicts delays and resource shortages.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for equipment machinery or facilities.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt operations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specific maintenance services.
  • Monitor the condition of assets and equipment to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is compliant with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management regarding maintenance activities costs and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in project coordination or maintenance planning
  • Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
  • Ability to create and manage project timelines schedules and resource plans
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
