Job Description
InGenesis is currently seeking a Social Worker to work with our client in Comstock NY. In this role you will be working in the Great Meadow Correctional Facilitys Mental Health unit.

Job Duties
Provide therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History Suicide Assessments/risk assessments Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes Treatment Plans Discharge Plans) according to policy and procedure.
Group facilitation may also be indicated.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a license and current registration as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State.
*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
