About your Internship at New York Habitat:
New York Habitat is looking for a dedicated student and team player to join ourHR team. Our main goal isto share our expertisewith motivated individuals and current undergraduate or graduatestudents interested in learning more about human resources management.
New York Habitat offers our interns a welldesigned training programwhere they will learn the ins and outs of both international real estate and human resources. We encourage our interns to share their ideas each week in order to develop new projects with the company.
At New York Habitat:
- You will assist the HR Manager in daytoday HR duties and tasks
- You will be involved in the recruiting interviewing and hiring process
- You will learn advanced screening and research methods to identify ideal profiles
- You will learn how to canvas Frenchspeaking University portals to register and post our openings
- You will document human resources actions by completing forms reports logs and records
- You will have the opportunity to learn and participate in various aspects of human resources management
Qualifications:
- You area current studentmajoring inhuman resourcesor business
- You are a French native
- You are available at least 15 hours a weekand have a flexible schedule
- You have excellent writing/communication skills in English
- You are thorough trustworthy and give attention to detail
- You have a strong desire to pursue a career in the human resources field or similar field
- You have outstanding customer service skills
- Academic credit or school agreement is mandatory
- You are able to work remotely
