Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing highquality patient care collaborating with medical staff and ensuring the health and safety of patients. Key responsibilities include assessing patient conditions developing care plans administering treatments and medications monitoring patient progress and educating patients and their families about health management. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills critical thinking abilities and excellent communication to provide optimal care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current RN or LPN License to practice State of Iowa.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Mandatory Reporter training.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and highpressure environment.
