Job description/responsibilities/accountabilities
Daily activities
Concept design and produce visual materials for the project management team under guidance from various internal customers transforming highlevel creative concepts into digital assets.
Assist with user interface and experience design tasks for our software products
Maintain uptodate knowledge of design and UX technologies to maintain efficient workflow
Organize and prioritize projects working in collaboration with management and other team members
Effectively manage time and resources to deliver quick turnaround deadlines on multiple projects
Design print piece user interface / UX workflow
Design email slide deck editing short videos
Creating editing and updating official company websites

Qualifications
About you
Youre energized in an environment where priorities rapidly change and multiple projects must simultaneously stay on track. Youre equally comfortable designing a print piece user interface / UX workflow email slide deck editing a short video creating editing and updating official company websites. Creative and able to quickly generate new ideas and designs you can take your work all the way through to finished products meeting exact specifications and following guidelines. Or you can take existing creative ideas and extend them to new formats and sizes.

The following skills are required:
Media or graphic design degree from accredited school or equivalent work experience with demonstrated competence in design
4 years professional experience in production design or graphic design

Comfortable helping to define and build process if it doesnt exist
Highly organized and selfmotivated with strong project management skills
Excellent time management abilities
Excellent layout graphic design typography skills and motion design sensibilities
Fastidious/Attention to detail
Great team player understands how to work well with and support other
Clear communicator that is able to express dependencies questions and needs in order to complete requests
Technical Skills/Tools
Adobe Suite (Expert in Photoshop; Expert with InDesign
Advanced level knowledge of Illustrator
Competence in Premiere Pro
After Effects is a plus
Advanced level knowledge of PowerPoint
Competence in Web / Application & UX design
