Contributions
- Be responsible and accountable for all the operational delivery across the sector
- Provide operational support leadership and guidance in the current and future operations of the sector
- Lead a growing team of program project and technical leaders in providing best in class IT services
- Identify and hire the absolute best leadership we can find for our client delivery teams
- Support train and mentor program and project managers for success in the performance of their work
Qualifications
Required:
- An entrepreneurial desire to build a business
- An informed opinion on what leadership is (and is not)
- A leadership philosophy/methodology
- Experience collaborating with sales business development recruiting contracts and finance in the pursuit of new contracts/proposals
- Experience collaborating with program managers project managers and clients to improve the delivery of services and create client delight
- Experience in training and mentorship of project and program managers in the performance of their duties
- Experience being responsible and accountable for the P&L of your area of responsibility
- 10 years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services work across multiple agencies/components
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
