- An undergraduate degree in the field of Management Business Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience Supervisory/management Executive Risk Management and conflict resolution courses with demonstrated competency in community/organizational development
- A minimum of seven 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a combination of: strategic/operational business planning working with corporate performance measures and budgets policy development and leadership and project management experience

Conditions of Employment:
- Hire is dependent on a Police Information Check (PIC) security clearance that is satisfactory to the City of Edmonton and is a requirement of this position. There may be a cost associated with this requirement
- Valid Alberta Class 5 drivers license (or provincial equivalent)
- You will be required to arrange your own transportation for use while on City business. Where appropriate you will be reimbursed for expenses related to that travel in accordance with City of Edmonton policy. You will be required to obtain business auto insurance

What will you do
- Create/develop a program to encompass the vision for a construction site safety program managing construction related inquiries and complaints
- Champion the design and implementation of an innovative program that addresses constructionrelated inquiries and feedback
- Foster collaboration with essential regulatory partners (e.g. Community Standards Development Compliance Occupational Health & Safety) to enhance communication and problemsolving encouraging diverse perspectives and creative solutions to complex challenges
