Your Role:
Life Science is a rapidly advancing field with a constant influx of new technologies to enableresearchesto achieve resultsnever beforepossible. This rapid technological advancement provides many opportunities for development of new productsand are looking for acreativeandentrepreneurialforward thinkingscientistwith abroad background in Life Science topics as the focus areas will range from research to production areas.
- Scout andevaluate newand excitingtechnologiesfor existing applications or existing technologies for new applicationstowardsaddressingevolvingneedsina variety of technology areas relevant for pharma.
- Engage withinternal andexternal collaborators and customersas technical champion forthe technology of focus.
- Provide technicalguidanceorexecutecritical experiments to establish key proofpoints needed to make the right strategic investment decisions.
- Leverage specialized knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Summarize and present experimental results in written and oral reports
- Participate in strategic planning to identify new areas for future development
- Present the company at international conferences to promoteourbrand awareness
Who you are:
Minimum Requirements:
- MS orPh.D. inLife Scienceor related discipline
- 2 years of experience at the postdoctoral and/or industrial level
- Handson experience across a broad range of life science applications
- Highly organized;independentselfstarter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; adapt well to change and able to prioritize multiple projects
- Agile learner interested ina broad variety ofLife Science technology
- Innovativeproblem solver with creative thinking skills for overcoming difficult experimental challenges
- Ability to work equally well on a multidisciplinary team or independently
- Excellent experimental planning and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
