Digital Photography FullTime Lecturer Position
The Department of Art & Art History in the College of Arts and Sciences University of Miami is soliciting applications for a FullTime Lecturer nontenure track position in Digital Photography/Electronic media for academic yearwith a start date of August 15 2025.
The position will require the successful faculty member to teach four courses per semester 4/4 at the undergraduate level. A MFA in Photography and two years teaching experience at the college level are required and as our program has fully transitioned to digital processes only the ideal applicant will have a demonstrable understanding of current digital cameras and digital capture along with experience in editing and printing images via Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom in a Mac OS environment. Professional/commercial experience and knowledge of Studio lighting inkjet printing video editing Capture One software film scanning etc. are preferred.
