Job Description

  • Grade 2 or Grade 3 Dietitian or Speech Pathologist
  • Part Time 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Up to 64 hours per fortnight

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute subacute aged care and community services.

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Dietitian or Speech Pathologist with an interest in optimising Food Services within Residential Aged Care to take on our Enhanced Food Services Project Lead role. The focus of the project position is to enhance the food services processes at NHWs Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) Illoura to bring them in line with relevant national standards.

The successful applicant requires exceptional teamwork and collaborative project management skills as well as a thorough understanding of the relevant guidelines and change management. In this role you will be well supported to work closely with the multidisciplinary team to form partnerships with key stakeholders understand organisational requirements and embed change.
