Personal Banker Job Summary: A Personal Banker must be friendly personable and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Duties will include opening all types of deposit accounts (checking savings certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts etc. resolving customer service issues and crossselling bank products and services. Other duties include processing routine transactions (deposits withdrawals payments and check issuance). This position also works on the teller line as needed. Primary Location/Schedule: - 7500 State Line Road Prairie Village Kansas 66208
- Monday Friday; 8:00 am 5:00 pm
- Fulltime; 40 hours per week average
Position Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years of retail banking (including new account and teller transactions) required
- Three to Five years personal banking experience preferred
Required Skills: - Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Strong mathematical problemsolving and computer skills
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills
- Willingness to proactively crosssell bank products & services
