WHY DOES THIS POSITION EXIST IN CCO
Responding to the call to the New Evangelization as proclaimed by the Catholic Church the S&D Generalist aids the Stewardship and Development Department in several key functions to ensure the ongoing financial stability of CCOs mission and ensuring good stewardship of CCOs national regional and missionary donors. The S&D Generalist helps CCO and its missionaries to intentionally accompany donors and the overall mission of renewing the world by assisting in the departments initiatives.
WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO FOR CCO
- Helps ensure a quality experience for CCOs donors from initial solicitation to ongoing stewardship at all levels of giving from missionary to regional to national
- Ensures CCOs development champions have what they need to succeed
- Assists with ensuring all CCO missionaries have quality resources and support in their missionary support raising
- Serves the renewal of the world in the same spirit as St Therese with a healthy dose of St Francis Xavier thrown in for good measure: we live both a hidden missionary life in the daytoday paired with frontline accompaniment and evangelization when the Lord provides the opportunity. You will almost certainly be surprised at the opportunities for evangelization that are builtin to a role within S&D

- This position can be filled as a Responsibility Level 2 entry level position or as a Responsibility Level 3 position dependent upon the applicants qualifications and previous related work experience.
- The starting annual salary is minimum wage for Level 2 and $57127.10 for Level 3 and are based on a 40 hour work week. Salaries increase with years of experience.
