Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. In this role you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks preventative maintenance and ensuring the proper upkeep of community amenities. You will represent City Property Management Company while providing excellent service to our clients and residents.
Location
This position is for a condominium HOA community in Phoenix Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance including minor carpentry and electrical work
- Conduct preventative maintenance according to daily weekly and monthly checklists
- Maintain proper pool chemical balance and keep accurate pool logs
- Make minor adjustments and repairs to keep equipment in good working order
- Maintain common area items and necessary supplies
- Perform minor repairs such as stucco patching and paint work
- Report complex issues to the manager (irrigation leaks broken mailboxes pool equipment issues etc.
- Keep storage and equipment areas organized clean and dry
- Ensure all tools and equipment are clean and wellmaintained
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems email and digital calendars
- Physical ability to stand lift (up to 100 pounds) walk talk hear and use hands and arms
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees clients and the public
- Commitment to maintaining confidential information
- Selfmotivation with ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Punctuality and flexibility to work extended hours when necessary

- Employees are not permitted to reside onsite
- Employees may not accept unearned fees or other forms of remuneration that may present a conflict of interest
- Employees are not to be engaged by unit owners/tenants for personal errands outside their job duties
