Job Description
Agency: Game Fish and Parks
Location: Arlington
Minimum Salary: $14.20
Closing Date: 5/16/2024
Description:
Assist in the overall operation and upkeep of a state parks Visitor Center/Museum campgrounds and day use facilities. Tasks will include but are not limited to cleaning comfort stations camping cabins vault toilets and picnic shelters; collecting fees and other customer service duties; cleaning fire grates; managing the Ecommerce system; and providing information to the public. Other duties as assigned.
General Requirements:
Money handling experience is helpful. Ability to work independently manage time well and work in a variety of weather conditions outdoors. Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code. Valid drivers license required.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of how to operate a computer and make change. Ability to learn how to operate a UTV golf cart and vehicle. Ability to learn how to properly clean and sanitize buildings throughout the park.
