Job Description
ICAN is seeking a full time speech language pathologist (CFs are welcome) to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing services to neurodiverse youth and excited to work in a collaborative environment.

Your Role:
- Assessing diagnosing screening and treating a variety of speech language and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Our population consists of Autism (ASD) ADHD languagebased learning disorders AAC users motor speech disorders articulation/phonological disorders and developmental delays
- Timely completion of documentation including daily SOAP notes progress notes initial and reevaluations
- Implement evidence based neurodiversity affirming treatment techniques
- Collaborate with occupational therapists physical therapists BCBAs psychologists and other team members to provide a whole child approach
- Effectively provide parent and family education
- Engage in cultural responsiveness when treatment planning for culturally diverse population
- Opportunities to engage in mentorship programs based on your areas of interest including but not limited to: feeding/swallowing social skills groups and aquatics therapy
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License or interim permit (CFs)
- 13 years experience preferred but open to new graduates
