As a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) for NASC Engineering Strategy you will own the NASC Engineering build plan and drive strategic technical programs that shape Amazons network architecture and connectivity strategy. You will lead crossfunctional initiatives to develop and execute engineering roadmaps working closely with senior leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise strategic thinking and the ability to influence and execute across organizational boundaries. You will be responsible for defining technical requirements managing dependencies and ensuring successful delivery of critical network infrastructure programs that support Amazons growing global footprint.

A day in the life Collaborating with longterm planning partners to align network infrastructure strategies with projected business growth and technological advancements.
Analyzing ongoing changes in sort point configurations within Amazons Sort Centers understanding the dynamic nature of these operational environments.
Assessing how these configuration changes impact throughput per hour (TPH) and evaluating the resulting effects on longterm efficiency roadmaps.
Engaging with internal stakeholders including:
Network Engineering teams Operations Technology teams Sort Center Design teams Longterm Planning teams Senior leadership in NASC and Operations
Coordinating crossfunctional meetings to discuss technical requirements dependencies and potential roadblocks in implementing network infrastructure improvements.
Reviewing and updating program roadmaps to ensure alignment with evolving Sort Center needs and technological capabilities.
Developing and presenting progress reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
