About your new employer:

About the role:
- Advise on construction and project disputes.
- Manage litigation arbitration and adjudications from start to finish.
- Work on claims and disputes related to major infrastructure projects (rail airports schools roads etc..
- Handle commercial residential retail and largescale industrial development matters.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer 5 PQE.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- FE or BE experience in Construction coming from a recognized construction law team/firm.
- Genuine drive to learn develop and succeed.
