Program Director & Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor
The University of Florida College of Dentistry is seeking applications for a fulltime nontenure track faculty position in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Diagnostic Sciences Division of Oral Medicine at the Assistant/ Associate/Full Professor rank. The University of Florida College of Dentistry (UFCD) is one of the leading dental schools in the United States devoted to improving and promoting oral health throughout Florida the nation and worldwide through excellence in teaching research patient care and service.
This position will serve as Program Director for a planned newly established Advanced Education Program in Oral Medicine. Responsibilities for this position will center on advanced education (resident) level didactic preclinical and clinical instruction participation in research/scholarly activity and intramural faculty practice. Responsibilities as Program Director include program administration preparation of reports resident scheduling and faculty assignment. The Program Director is also responsible for: the development and implementation of the curriculum plan; ongoing evaluation of program content/outcome assessment faculty teaching and resident performance; evaluation of resident training and supervision.
