What Youve Accomplished
You have completed a BS in Mechanical Engineering Engineering Tech. or a related engineering degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 7 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

- Leadership experience supervising direct reports across multidiscipline work groups of engineers and technical specialists. Disciplines may include mechanical chemical electrical and instrumentation & control.
- Advanced knowledge of related engineering and technical standards techniques and criteria; demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates other work groups and suppliers.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and excellent verbal/written communication skills including the ability to comprehend and convey detailed and often complex technical data clearly and concisely.
- Interacts effectively with all levels of staff and management and can change priorities quickly confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
- Project Management experience capital appropriations cost schedule.

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers.As a Mechanical Engineer Supervisor in Richland WA you will be part of the proven team in theFuel Business Unit. The Engineering Supervisor provides daily frontline supervision and technical support for a team of engineers technical specialists aides interns and support staff in a specific engineering and/or technical specialty or function. The scope of work typically includes planning and scheduling work supervising workflow adhering to budgets supervising the of engineering and/or technical processes reviewing work progress providing updates to management and key stakeholders and providing input to and/or conducting staff performance appraisals. The scope of work may also include providing leadership and direction to subordinate engineering and/or technical staff defining and executing business plans at the cost center level for their assigned work group(s) and providing advanced technical support while guiding and reviewing the work of engineering and/or technical personnel and support staff.
This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean safe and economical lowcarbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Framatomes Richland WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safetysensitive and preemployment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $123000 $167000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
