Job Description
This position includes a $1000 signon bonus. Concern Housing offers an Agency Sponsored Retirement Plan and Employee Sponsored 403(b) Retirement Plan for part time employees. Concern Housing is looking for a Weekend Cook to be directly responsible for preparing dinner for approximately 35 residents. This position includes a $1000 signon bonus.
Position: Weekend Cook
Location: East Patchogue NY
Hours: Saturday; 10am6pm & Sunday; 9am5pm
Salary: $20/hr.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the recipes portioning cooking and
serving standards.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by
following the agencys maintenance policies and procedures.
Check and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points.
Responsible for ensuring all scheduled cleaning is completed.
Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience in varied kitchen positions.
