Job Description
We are looking for a Business Management Analyst who will assist with the development support and management of our TBM Platform (Apptio). The successful candidate will analyze and integrate disparate sets of data to map and allocate Technology costs to their consumers. You will also be tasked with monitoring the collection of data to ensure quality and completeness of the information utilized in the TBM model.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of data infrastructure strategies/innovations needed for our TBM Platform.
- Collaborate with TBM team to define standardized metrics and rationalize reports and dashboards.
- Manage ingestion of fundamental IT datasets for accuracy timeliness and completeness (Capex Opex General Ledger Timesheets Projects Problems etc..
- Generate and distribute reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develop documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Prepare presentations for senior management.
Qualifications Skills and Requirements
- 13 years of experience within the financial services or information technology industries.
- Exceptional analytical conceptual and quantitative problem solving skills required.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets and troubleshoot data anomalies.
- Experience in integrating multiple data sources.
- Understanding of project management principles
- Advanced user of Excel and Powerpoint
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity of IT Infrastructure components
- Cost allocation/TCO principles
- Experience with data visualization tools.

- Impeccable attention to detail and work quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize in a fast moving high pressure constantly evolving environment. Sense of urgency and time management.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $100000to $175000 which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer we take into consideration an individuals experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
