Step into the Spotlight at Madame Tussauds Blackpool as a Customer Service Assistant!
Looking for a job thats as lively and iconic as the Golden Mile itself Join the team at Madame Tussauds Blackpool and Peter Rabbit: Explore & Play where youll help create magical moments for visitors of all ages.
What Youll Be Doing:
No two days are the same when youre part of our vibrant Commercial team! Youll:
- Welcome guests with a smile across Admissions Retail Waxhands VR and even our bar.
- Deliver memorable experiences by providing excellent service that keeps guests buzzing with excitement.
- Assist with the daytoday running of our two attractions ensuring everything runs as smoothly as Peter Rabbits adventures.
- Smash sales targets while keeping the health and safety of guests and staff front and centre.
- Answer questions with confidence and efficiency ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
These are seasonal fixed term positions contracted from April to November. All our seasonal roles are offered on a flexible minimum guaranteed hours of 5 per week. Availability of work will vary throughout the season.
Qualifications & Experience
- Have a knack for customer service and a cando attitude.
- Love working as part of a team in a lively fastpaced environment.
- Experience hitting sales targets while creating unforgettable moments.
- Have a background in commercial roles (preferred but not essential).
