Location
Montevideo; Uruguay
You will be part of the Finance team and will support Crop Protection and Seeds Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for IFRS Financial Statements reporting to Headquarter for MX entity.
- Collaborate with Business Finance organization to verify the correctness of the accounts and provide appropriate substantiation to approve relevant accounts.
- Focal point for external audit process. Key interlocutor between external auditors and Syngentas teams
- Perform profit analysis for true up / true down calculation and active participation in other Transfer Price related activities
- Prepare and present several reports to local authorities based on financial information and within deadlines
- Provide clear and updated information to business helping to accurate and timely decisions.
- Build and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to a high level of financial compliance.
Qualifications :
It is indispensable for this position:
- Graduate (Accounting/Economics).
- Intermediate/Advanced in English (Mandatory).
- Working experience on financial areas.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS.
- Analytic skills dynamic team working organized and attentive to deadlines.
- High communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience in external audit processes will be highly valuable.
- Ability to work under pressure while keeping high quality of output.
- Experience with SAP will be highly valuable.
- Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge.
- Knowledge of Syngenta Financial Reporting requirements Financial Frameworks and other relevant policies and procedures
