CD PROJEKT RED is hiring a creative Internal Events and Communications Specialist to join our team in Boston! In this role youll focus on fostering a sense of belonging community and engagement among our employees by designing and executing impactful events and internal communications strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture driving collaboration and ensuring that our employees feel connected to our mission and values.
- Design plan and execute a variety of events to enhance employee engagement including teambuilding activities cultural celebrations company milestones and wellness programs.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics including vendor selection budget management scheduling and postevent evaluations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create inclusive and innovative event concepts that resonate with diverse employees.
- Execute internal communications strategy that supports our company culture and values.
- Craft engaging and informative content for a variety of channels including newsletters intranet emails and Slack.
- Establish feedback loops to ensure employee voices are heard and integrated into communications.
- Champion initiatives that promote inclusion and belonging across the organization in line with our company values.
- Create programs that foster community and strengthen connections between employees in remote and hybrid work environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement communications and events.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in event planning internal communications or a related field.
- Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Google Workspace and communications platforms like Slack SharePoint or similar.
- Experience working in the video game tech or entertainment industries.
- Knowledge of event management tools and design software such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Background in hybrid or remote workplace engagement strategies.
