Job Description

Get to Know the Team

As a member of Grab for Business youll be part of a team that simplifies business transportation corporate food & package deliveries and related services for companies across Southeast Asia.

Grab for Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that engages with top companies and brands across Southeast Asia. Wed like to to grow our key account management and are looking for a Senior/Key Account Manager to grow an expanding portfolio of top Singapore enterprise clients.

Get to Know the Role

Youll manage a portfolio of Singapore companies using databacked insights to achieve revenue goals and ensuring client satisfaction. Youll report to the Sales Manager Grab for Business (Singapore).

You will report onsite to Singapore Grab Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Grow relationships with Singapore based enterprise clients. Use client and industry insights to pitch and crosssell our platform products to meet revenue targets.
  • Prospect for new business create opportunities and track performance against sales targets.
  • Work with partners to meet consumer needs and performance goals.
  • Maintain connections with clients and understand their needs to resolve issues and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to lead accountspecific growth strategies and present datadriven insights to achieve revenue goals.
  • Create business plans that grow client performance and work on new projects and launches.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelors Degree
  • You have at least 5 years of key account management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment handling multinational clients.
  • Track record in achieving sales targets; build and sustain longterm client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and conducting indepth data analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects to develop strategic approaches and solutions that address client needs.
  • Comfortable with data analysis tools
