*** This position must be located in Bellevue WA or Overland Park KS. This is not a remote role this is a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.Assist in developing an understanding of customer behaviors preferences and engagement within TMobile Tuesdays maximising these insights to support marketing strategies and product enhancements
Monitor daily weekly monthly and longterm TMobile Tuesdays performance metrics identifying trends insights and opportunities for optimization
Produce inhouse reporting for TMT business management with specific focus on tying TMobile Tuesdays data to core internal customer account data
Collaborate with TLife Product Marketing Product Management UX/UI Analytics and other crossfunctional and agency teams to inform and influence product roadmap decisions based on performance and insights
Find opportunities for innovation and growth ensure our program maintains competitive advantages and continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Provide regular datainformed updates and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decisionmaking and prioritization
Deep dive data analysis and reporting as directed
Partner with other internal teams or vendors on initiatives to improve data accuracy & gathering
Extend companys data with third party sources of information when needed
Processing cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
Work Experience:
13 years of experience in product marketing consumer insights marketing analytics or related fields
3 years of progressive experience in analytics and data modeling
Proven experience with report creation data analysis/visualization and business case development
Proficiency in SQL
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI Snowflake Adobe Analytics Google Analytics and Python
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing and product strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience creating compelling presentations and narratives for diverse audiences
Collaborative approach with experience effectively supporting crossfunctional projects
Strong project management organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Selfstarter and resultsoriented with a desire for continuous improvement
Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year.
