Job Description
Join our team as a Procedure Coordinator! In this hybrid role youll strategically prioritize tasks and organize resources to maintain a dynamic multiweek procedure review schedule. Your efforts will ensure that all procedures are viewed on time by appropriate personnel and meets customer expectations compliance standards safety protocols and operational performance metrics.

What Youll Do:
- Maintain a holistic view of work to be completed at all times to identify the most appropriate schedule for each procedure review meeting
- Plan a multiweek region/function/or commodity areawide procedure review schedule based on job priorities resource availability business unit guidelines and others.
- Understand personnel resource availability/backlog over a multiweek timeframe and ensure availability for procedure reviews across the region
- Optimize procedure review meetings within scheduling window to minimize costs and maximize schedule adherence customer satisfaction safety and compliance.
- Analyze scheduling and work assignment performance in order to identify opportunities for scheduling followup site visits for our procedure writers
- Attend biweekly or monthly regional/area metric review meetings to evaluate performance.
- Communicate and work effectively with local supervisors designers and area engineers and build/leverage strong partnerships with stakeholder groups at a variety of levels to maximize efficiency of all procedure reviews

- This position pays between $24 and $34 hourly and is an nonexempt position. Benefits offered include companysponsored medical dental vision and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement voluntary life disability critical illness accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Fulltime employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 3 5 years experience in construction design maintenance or other operations area.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and the ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.
- Experience managing high volume internal and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Utility scheduling/planning experience preferred
- Knowledge in applicable software programs such as GIS SAP or similar softwares
- Familiarity with gas systems.
- Experience working with field personnel
