Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Work Setup: Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Salary: Starts at Php 30000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative would be:
Provide excellent customer support via phone live chat and email.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client queries.
Handle technical traderelated queries and perform basic trade analysis.
Investigate and respond to customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications as a Customer Service Representative:
Minimum 2 years of BPO experience handling voice email and chat support.
At least 1 year of experience with live chat support for foreign clients.
At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office and basic financial mathematics.
Techsavvy and comfortable troubleshooting across platforms.
Professional demeanor with a proactive clientfirst approach.
Desirable Skills:
Background or interest in CFD/Forex or financerelated fields.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Selfmotivated and teamoriented.
