Preferred skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in computer science information technology or engineering
* Interest in learning new tools languages workflows and philosophies
* Professional certification
Requirements and skills
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a minimum of 1 to 2 years industry experience
* Experience developing web portals customization and working with webportal templates
* Familiarity with common stacks
* Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS JavaScript XML jQuery etc)
* Knowledge of multiple backend languages mainly PHP Python and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular React etc)
* Familiarity with databases mainly MySQL and web servers mainly Apache
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Great attention to detail
* Great UI/UX design skills
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and career development. Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and demand generation techniques. Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
