Job Overview:As an MSL you will:
- Engage with national regional and local customers through scientific discussions presentations and education.
- Provide medical information and responses to complex medical questions from clinicians.
- Offer internal scientific support and training serving as an expert resource for colleagues.
- Coordinate scientific education activities and participate in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses.
- Support investigators and interact with scientific societies and patient groups.
- Collect and report relevant information to the company such as competitor information and treatment patterns.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of the Country Medical Plan.
- Gather and report medical and congress intelligence..
- Identify and develop KOLs providing educational and scientific support as needed.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with the Commercial Department and Country Managers.
Qualifications:
- Scientific degree (PhD PharmD MD MSc etc..
- Pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL in Germany.
- Experience in one or more of the following therapy areas: Haematology Nephrology Rare Diseases Immunology Oncology Endocrinology Orthopaedics or Rheumatology; biosimilars experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and confident in English.
- Full driving license with willingness to travel throughout the territory which includes Bavaria (South East Germany) up to Berlin.
