As the Director Client Service you will lead a team of Associate Private Bankers to deliver exceptional client service ensuring timely and proactive support. You will strategically allocate resources to balance workloads and enhance client outcomes. By fostering a highperformance clientcentric culture you will drive workforce productivity and implement continuous process improvements. Additionally you will develop digital capabilities to empower clients and streamline service delivery ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience.

What do I need
To excel in this role you will need significant experience in sales or relationship management within the banking and financial services industry coupled with prior people leadership experience. Strong customer relationship building skills excellent oral and written communication abilities and the capacity to influence through relationships are essential. You should demonstrate the ability to translate concepts into possess workflow planning and capacity modelling skills and be proficient in Microsoft Windows operating environment including Outlook and Office Suite.
